1.1: How this course will run

This course is offered in a face-to-face and online format, which allows one to complete it at their own pace and time. This online course is comprised of a self-learning component, which includes reading, videos, and short quizzes or assessments, followed by practical session, where an MHFA Instructor will run a live demonstration, facilitate role plays, and answer questions. Once both components are successfully completed, you will be able to download your digital certificate.
